oh, and it's hard to see, but Addie and I were showing off our Yomama tattoos; if we put on one, it was buy one get one free....ok, twist my arm.....

Addie and her classmates performed their Mother's Day Presentation on Friday afternoon. Words cannot adequately describe how sweet it was!! Video coming soon.....

razzle dazzle
Addie is the Razzle Dazzle Superstar this week at school; this title comes with many perks, one of which is bringing a "special guest" to read to the class. There wasn't much deliberation when it came to choosing her special guest. There really is no one more special to her than her dad....although her face doesn't show it in these photos, she was pretty proud to show off her dad and his reading skills to her classmates.

almost 5
Addie reminds me daily that she's "almost 5, and then after that I'll be 6 and then after that I'll be seven!!!" She says it with such excitement in her voice that I can't help but be excited for her, too. Truth be told, though, I'd really, really, really love for her to stay this age forever and ever. These two photos so well capture her in her element and explain, without words, why I wish I could freeze this moment in time.
