A circus indeed

Evan and Addie had their first circus experience today. Let's just say, I now know where the phrase "it's like a three ring circus" came from; I'm fairly certain it's NOT referring to the
tigers, acrobats, and elephants.

Look who's ONE

Ben is one today, and on Sunday, we had the privilege of celebrating
with him! Happy Birthday big boy! I hope this year is
filled with lots of fun, toys, and more cake!

Say "ahhh"

Addie had her first trip to the dentist today, and once she realized that she could dictate the whole experience and do things on HER terms, she was all for it. She decided she was too small for the big reclining chair (she preferred the dentist's swiveling stool ), but in the end, she proved that she really IS, in fact, a BIG girl! Way to go Addie! While you say "ah", we say "BRAVO!"

It is indeed a proud moment in parenting when you can bid adieu to diapers and say hello to princess undies. Way to go Addie! You're a big girl now!!
