Today marked Addie's very first 1st day of School; she couldn't have been more excited. She was really hoping to take the bus, a purple bus, to be exact. I had to inform her that the only buses around here are city buses, and although she would learn a lot on a city bus ride, I don't think it's necessarily the curriculum we're looking for.
There were a few tears, but she brushed it off and was ALL smiles when we picked her up. It's safe to say that mom enjoyed school equally as well.
The newest (and messiest) obsession is nail polish! She collects it, organizes it, and most importantly asks "more polish?"...(pronounced as the ethnicity)
I'm not sure how many possible shades of purple and pink there are, but I think we just about have them all.
Six years ago today a large, ok VERY large, tumor was removed from Scott's frontal lobe. Words will never express our gratitude to the doctors (Dr. Grant Sinson) and nurses at Froedtert Hospital.
Happy Anniversary, my love! I know you don't really recall our wedding day anyway; besides, this is much more cause for celebration!
