Anti-Resolution

Since I'm never good at keeping my resolutions, I decided my success rate would be higher if I simply resolved to drink more rather than eat less. So far, I'm off to a good start.
When I took the beloved martini glass from its closeted existence and realized that it was literally coated in a 1/4 dust, I knew that this anti resolution did indeed promote positive change: cleaner stemware. And, when life gives you lemons, make lemon drop martinis!

Date Night

Twice a year, Scott and I have the privilege of having an overnight date; this year, we went to Boston. I finally had an occasion to dress up in my 15 inch heals (oh the price we pay for fashion). We had a great time and had an awesome meal at the Atlantic Fish Co. If you're ever looking for great seafood in Boston, this is your place! As always, our time away from the ball and chain, I mean our adorable daughter, went quickly. A special thanks to my mom, dad, and Gayle for putting up with her while we gallivanted! We're already looking forward to our next excursion!

Ho Ho Ho

Rumor has it that if you stick your hand inside Santa's shirt, he'll bring you everything you've asked for.

Our future "So You Think You Can Dance" star! I may be a bit biased, but I think she can twirl pretty well for a 2 year old!!
